Our training approach for every process/project is three pronged:

We train staff in the domain within which the workflow sits. To take an example, a standard e-discovery project sits within the US/UK litigation domain.

We train staff in the specific workflow, here again, to drill sown the chosen example, we teach people about the specific activities involved in an e-discovery project, how, when, by whom and why these activities must be done.

We train staff in the specific software application involved. This would be Relativity or Concordance or any of the host of e discovery software platforms, to continue with our chosen example.

Training is an everyday part of each member of staff. Everyone has standing instructions to check their Training sub folders each day, before commencing work. Team leaders are under strict instructions to document knowledge, and disseminate it. The messages are reinforced through period training and huddles.
